This experience fueled his passion for self-improvement, and he pursued his training in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) from the UK and the USA under Dr. Topher Morrison Inc.
Mansur’s dedication and hard work were further reflected in his training under Anthony Robbins, the world’s number one coach, whom he had the opportunity to learn from directly in London. Using the principles he was taught, Bung Mansur started from scratch and became a billionaire within 3 years! He combined his experience in property and personal success development to create the brand “Life Transformation for Legacy”. Bung Mansur is the founder and owner of Manstonegroup company in London, and the founder and director of BM Transformation Company, a personal success development company that is growing in Indonesia.
Bung Mansur is also the author of books such as “Life Transformation for Legacy”, “Be Confident and Be Happy Now”, “Leadership Transformation”, and several other books that are currently in the works. He has also developed several high-impact training programs, such as “Property Millionaire Transformation”, “Millionaire Mind Transformation”, “Business Transformation for Legacy”, and “Train The Trainer for Legacy”.
Bung Mansur is the son of a small building materials entrepreneur in Bojonegoro, East Java. He spent his childhood in Bojonegoro until high school, before moving to Surabaya to continue his studies. He started his own business to finance his studies and live independently in Surabaya.
Honesty, discipline, and responsibility are important principles for Bung Mansur. He also has an interest in music and is skilled in playing melodic guitar. His ambitious, confident, and challenge-loving character motivated him to study abroad with a scholarship from the British Council Surabaya.
In 2001, he moved to London with only £2,000 from the sale of his beloved Hardtop car and a little savings. In London, he was involved in the world of personal development, life coaching, motivation, and training.
After completing his studies in London, he worked at an HRD consulting company for one and a half years before eventually choosing the entrepreneurial path in property and investment consulting. However, his interest in personal development motivated him to join Landmark Education Inc. in London, United Kingdom for approximately 4 years, and became one of the Introduction Leaders there. During his time in London, he learned a lot from Tony Robbins, David Ure, and Sangita Patel from Landmark Education Inc., and developed his NLP Practitioner skills with Dr. Topher Morrison.
Feeling equipped enough, Bung Mansur collaborated with international speakers from the United States, the United Kingdom, and mainland Europe to provide various training in personal success development, life coaching, wealth creation, property investment, sales, motivation, service excellence, leadership, managerial skills, and team building. His trainings in London were attended by participants from various countries.
One of Bung Mansur’s advantages in terms of training is his closeness to the training participants, especially because of his familiar, open, and spontaneous speaking style. This is very suitable for the new generation of Indonesians who crave openness and progress.
